The work is fundamentally a phonetic and morphological analysis of the Aramaic Targumic texts of the Major and Minor Prophets of the period following the Babylonian exile in the 6^th century BC, intended to complement Yeivin, Ha-niqqud ha-babli u-mesorat ha-lašon ha-mištaqqefet mimmennu (Jerusalem, 1968, typewritten text).
